“Do not limit yourself, never stop exploring or learning”

Every one of my art projects starts as a feeling, flowers from a need to communicate with the outside world, and then develops with the colors and the technique. If I read something that leaves a mark on me, or if I witness something that affects me during my every day routine, I will carry its weight with me, and write about how it affects me. Whatever the technique used, I will still let it carry my identity in its strength, vulnerability and finesse. Once my subject is chosen, my thinking process starts, and that’s when i roll up my sleeves and start my sketch. My technique and materials used vary from acrylics, to oils, watercolor and mixed media, depending on my mood. Colors and forms around me affect my sense of beauty and arise in me my deep emotions, making me discover the magic of imagination and beauty of nature and its creatures.

My art changed throughout my life, with the passing of time, and my personal stages in life. My themes, techniques, palettes and their expression changed throughout my personal growth; sometimes you could see some violence, sometimes strength, and lately calm and serenity, with vibrance and assurance. My personal mantra in life has been and will always be “to not limit yourself, never stop exploring or learning”.
